How we report results

Measured, not modelled — where possible

Where a figure comes from a model rather than a meter or a laboratory result, the report says so and states the assumptions behind it.

Baseline before claim

Improvement percentages are always stated against a documented baseline period, not against an estimate made after the fact.

Client review before release

No number appears in a public summary, a grant application or a lender pack without the client seeing it in draft first.
