Where does Eco Sinergia work?
We are based at 685 Georgia Avenue, Helena, Montana 59620, and our field crews work across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and the Dakotas. Desk-based work — carbon inventories, ESG reporting, programme design and document review — is delivered for clients anywhere in the United States.
How quickly can you start?
For most desk-based engagements we can begin within seven to ten business days of a signed proposal. Field programmes depend on season and laboratory capacity; we will always give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
How do you price your work?
Fixed fees for defined deliverables such as an assessment, an inventory or an audit. Hourly rates for advisory and expert support. Retainers for clients who need ongoing monitoring or reporting. Every proposal lists inclusions, exclusions and assumptions on one page.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Roughly a third of our clients have fewer than fifty employees. Small engagements get the same principal-level attention — William Smith reviews every deliverable that leaves this office.
Are you a law firm or do you provide legal advice?
No. We are technical consultants. We work alongside your counsel and we will tell you clearly when a question belongs with a lawyer rather than with us.
Can you support a permit application or a regulator meeting?
Yes. We prepare supporting technical documentation, attend agency meetings with you and respond to information requests. We do not promise a particular regulatory outcome, because nobody honestly can.
What does an engagement look like from the client side?
A scoping call, a written proposal, a kick-off, an agreed data request list, fieldwork or analysis, a draft for your review, and a final deliverable with a walkthrough. You always know which stage you are in.
Do you sign NDAs?
Routinely. Site data, production figures and commercial information stay confidential. Our standard terms already include confidentiality obligations, and we are happy to sign yours as well.
